Overview

Abu Galum is a managed resource protected area covering approximately 400sq km, situated between Dahab and Nuweiba. Probably Abugalum is one of the most beautiful protectorates in Egypt. With its high mountains, Wadis and fresh water springs, its picturesque sand dunes coral reef and Alluvial fans. The coral reef has a high diversity of fish, with its richness of Flora and Fauna overwhelming.

Abu Galum is a great day out in a jeep Safari to see the most picturesque area of Abu Galum with an opportunity to see the Blue Hole. The Blue Hole is one of the most beautiful dive and snorkelling sites in the Red Sea; you will take a camel ride along the mountains passing the valleys and the springs along the way. Later you and the family can take a dip in the Blue hole with experts by your side. Guests must take their own snorkelling equipment if needed, life jackets and wet suits can be rented for a cost. Lunch is included in the trip programme and is usually taken with the Bedouins. Finally on your return to Sharm, you make a stop at the unspoilt town of Dahab, for some shopping.
